Employee Assistance Program

Following is a report highlighting the research performed by Lic. Lacroze for the implementation of the Programa de Asistencia al Empleado (PAE), the first Employee Assistance Program in Argentina.

This work was presented at the ESSO Company Seminar “The abuse of alcohol and other drugs in the working environment”, sponsored by the Society for Labor Medicine, of the Province of Buenos Aires (1997).
