Following are highlights of the research that Lic. Lacroze performed in her career.

	Prevention on problems with alcohol and other drugs. In this work Lic. Lacroze develops a prevention approach centered on focusing efforts on high risk environments. This paper is currently used as study material at the Mental Health Dept. of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Buenos Aires (1999, in Spanish).
	*Employee Assistance Program (EAP).* Report highlighting the research performed by Lic. Lacroze for the implementation of the *Programa de Asistencia al Empleado (PAE)*, the first Employee Assistance Program in Argentina (1997).
