About PAE, Programa de Asistencia al EmpleadoPrograma de Asistencia al Empleado (PAE), is the first Employee Assistance Program in Argentina, founded in 1990 by Lic. Lacroze. Since its inception, PAE was conceived as a high quality offering. As such, PAE comprises psychiatrists, psychologists, psychoanalysts, all of which have at the minimum universitary degree and post-graduate studies. PAE members are professionals with 20 to 50 years of experience in their field of expertise, with specializations in areas such as adults, couples, family, children, adolescence, alcohol, drugs and eating disorders. The network is able to deliver services in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and German. PAE takes an integrated approach to EAP Services, by designing a tailored program to suit the specific needs of an organization, allowing to realize significant benefits.
